{"id":271,"date":"2021-10-21T00:23:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-21T03:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hiox.com.ar\/das\/?p=271"},"modified":"2025-05-05T19:47:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T22:47:45","slug":"equidad-competitividad-y-sostenibilidad-urbana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/equidad-competitividad-y-sostenibilidad-urbana\/","title":{"rendered":"Equidad, Competitividad y Sostenibilidad Urbana"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"838\" height=\"288\" src=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2022-10-21-a-las-00.18.40-838x288.png\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-post-date has-medium-font-size\"><time datetime=\"2021-10-21T00:23:00-03:00\"><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/equidad-competitividad-y-sostenibilidad-urbana\/\">2021<\/a><\/time><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-post_tag has-text-align-right wp-block-post-terms has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/bid\/\" rel=\"tag\">BID<\/a><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__separator\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/colombia\/\" rel=\"tag\">Colombia<\/a><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__separator\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/desarrollo-urbano\/\" rel=\"tag\">Desarrollo Urbano<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Equidad, Competitividad y Sostenibilidad Urbana<br><\/strong><br>El Goberno de Colombia trabajo junto al BID, en el dise\u00f1o de un Programa con el objeto de contribuir a la equidad, sostenibilidad y competitividad urbana del Distrito de Barranquilla, Departamento del Atl\u00e1ntico, Colombia. <br><br>El financiamiento se propuso a trav\u00e9s de una modalidad multisectorial I (MM-I), donde el Organismo Ejecutor trabajar\u00e1 en diferentes sectores para financiar operaciones individuales por hasta US$300 millones. <br><br>Esta primera operaci\u00f3n individual es de tipo obras m\u00faltiples y tiene por objetivo contribuir a la equidad y sostenibilidad urbana de Barranquilla al: (i) aumentar el acceso equitativo a espacios p\u00fablicos y centros comunitarios con un enfoque de inclusi\u00f3n social y sostenibilidad ambiental; (ii) promover la protecci\u00f3n ambiental y uso sostenible de ecosistemas estrat\u00e9gicos; (iii) contribuir a la movilidad sostenible y segura a trav\u00e9s de corredores verdes con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y de acceso universal; y (iv) proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n contra inundaciones en las \u00e1reas intervenidas y mejorar la sostenibilidad de los sistemas de drenaje urbano. <br><br>La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 estructurada en cuatro componentes: (i) Ciudad Equitativa; (ii) Ecosistemas Estrat\u00e9gicos; (iii) Corredores verdes con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero; y (iv) Drenaje Urbano Sostenible, los cuales tendr\u00e1n una asignaci\u00f3n de US$150 millones, aportados por el BID (US$100 millones), el Fondo para la Promoci\u00f3n del Desarrollo, FONPRODE (US$50 millones). <br><br>Adem\u00e1s de identificar los costos de inversi\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n, DAS Latam trabaj\u00f3 en la modelizaci\u00f3n de la monetizaci\u00f3n de los beneficios asociados a estos centros, vinculados a la rentabilidad social por los servicios prestados a la comunidad y los ahorros de costos de operaci\u00f3n por las econom\u00edas de escalas logradas al retirar dichas prestaciones de los centros perif\u00e9ricos. <br><br>Se realiz\u00f3 el c\u00e1lculo de la rentabilidad social de los centros comunitarios, calculandose la TIR , el VAN y realiz\u00e1ndose un an\u00e1lisis de sensibilidad con diferentes escenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-category wp-block-post-terms has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/category\/prest-co-o0011-co-l1269\/\" rel=\"tag\">Pr\u00e9st.
