{"id":169,"date":"2022-10-18T00:00:41","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T03:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hiox.com.ar\/das\/?p=169"},"modified":"2025-05-05T19:44:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T22:44:10","slug":"aprendizajes-y-competencias-de-los-estudiantes-de-ensenanza-primaria-y-media-basica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/aprendizajes-y-competencias-de-los-estudiantes-de-ensenanza-primaria-y-media-basica\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprendizajes y Competencias de los estudiantes de ense\u00f1anza primaria y media b\u00e1sica"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"897\" height=\"288\" src=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2022-10-18-a-las-22.31.10-897x288.png\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><div class=\"wp-block-post-date has-medium-font-size\"><time datetime=\"2022-10-18T00:00:41-03:00\"><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/aprendizajes-y-competencias-de-los-estudiantes-de-ensenanza-primaria-y-media-basica\/\">2022<\/a><\/time><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\"><div class=\"taxonomy-post_tag has-text-align-right wp-block-post-terms has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/bid\/\" rel=\"tag\">BID<\/a><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__separator\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/educacion\/\" rel=\"tag\">Educacion<\/a><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__separator\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/daslatam.org\/daslatam\/tag\/uruguay\/\" rel=\"tag\">Uruguay<\/a><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mejorar los aprendizajes y las competencias de los estudiantes de ense\u00f1anza primaria y media b\u00e1sica<br><br>El Gobierno de Uruguay demand\u00f3 apoyo al Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo para el dise\u00f1o de una operaci\u00f3n que denomin\u00f3 CEIBAL y que en la actualidad ha ejecutado con \u00e9xito diversas iniciativas para mejorar el aprendizaje y las competencias de los estudiantes de ense\u00f1anza primaria y media. <br><br>Mejorar los aprendizajes y las competencias de los estudiantes de ense\u00f1anza primaria y media b\u00e1sica fue la tercera etapa del Programa CEIBAL. <br><br>El programa se uni\u00f3 a la Red Global para el Aprendizaje Profundo (Nuevas Pedagog\u00edas para el Aprendizaje Profundo). <br><br>Esta red busca generar un espacio de discusi\u00f3n y puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de nuevas pedagog\u00edas con el impulso transformador de las tecnolog\u00edas. <br><br>Tiene dos focos centrales: (i) el trabajo en proyectos interdisciplinarios conectados con la vida real y los intereses de los estudiantes, (ii) la promoci\u00f3n de competencias transversales consideradas claves para la formaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos:<br><br>* Creatividad<br>* Colaboraci\u00f3n<br>* Ciudadan\u00eda<br>* Comunicaci\u00f3n<br>* Pensamiento Cr\u00edtico y Car\u00e1cter. <br><br>La Red proporciona un modelo de an\u00e1lisis y evaluaci\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas que cada instituci\u00f3n desarrolla, para que puedan mejorarlas, ampliarlas y enriquecerlas con su propia reflexi\u00f3n. <br><br>Con el objetivo de impulsar una transformaci\u00f3n educativa que contribuya a mejorar la calidad los aprendizajes y la equidad social, CEIBAL se constituy\u00f3 en la herramienta para introducir nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n en el sistema educativo. <br><br>Adem\u00e1s de brindar acceso a dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos, fomenta su uso en el aula a trav\u00e9s del despliegue de plataformas educativas, la creaci\u00f3n de contenidos educativos digitales y la formaci\u00f3n de docentes. <br><br>Los profesionales de DAS Latam participaron en la evaluaci\u00f3n ex ante a inicio de la ejecuci\u00f3n del Programa, y realiz\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica al cierre de dicha etapa (ex-post).
