El BID est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ando una nueva operaci\u00f3n para el Gobierno uruguayo, dando continuidad al Programa CEIBAL (cuarta etapa). <br><br>Los objetivos espec\u00edficos de este nuevo programa fueron identificados como: (i) ampliar y fortalecer el acceso efectivo a recursos para la ense\u00f1anza y el aprendizaje; y (ii) mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas docentes. <br><br>En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, el Banco acompa\u00f1\u00f3 al sector educativo en diversas operaciones. Con la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (ANEP) el Programa de Apoyo a EM y T\u00e9cnica y Formaci\u00f3n en Educaci\u00f3n (2480\/OC-UR, US$114,5 millones, US$48 millones 21 La reforma comprende transversalmente la visi\u00f3n de CC, g\u00e9nero y diversidad. &#8211; 7 &#8211; BID-CO), ejecutado entre 2011-2018, que entre sus logros se destaca la mejora de 10% en las tasas de repetici\u00f3n y abandono de los estudiantes que participaron de programas de acompa\u00f1amiento y apoyo a la progresi\u00f3n escolar, la mejora de algunos procesos de gesti\u00f3n y la adecuaci\u00f3n de infraestructura para FI y EM. <br><br>La primera operaci\u00f3n de la CCLIP, PAEMFE: Hacia Trayectorias Educativas (TE) Continuas y Completas (3773\/OC-UR, US$74,7 millones (US$50 millones BID-CO) aprobada en 2016 a concluir en 2023, para mejorar el acceso y la calidad de la EM, logrando TE continuas y completas. Por \u00faltimo, aprobada en 2021, la segunda operaci\u00f3n de la CCLIP Educaci\u00f3n para la Transformaci\u00f3n: Finalizaci\u00f3n de Ciclos y Nueva Oferta Educativa (5337\/OC-UR, US$61 millones, US$40 millones BID-CO). <br><br>Asimismo, se financiaron tres operaciones al Plan CEIBAL. El Programa de Apoyo a la Consolidaci\u00f3n y Expansi\u00f3n de CEIBAL (US$8,5 millones, US$6 millones BID\u2013CO) ejecutado entre 2010-2014, para consolidarlo en primaria y expandirlo a EM. <br><br>El Programa de Apoyo a la Educaci\u00f3n en Matem\u00e1ticas e Ingl\u00e9s en Primaria y Media (3225\/OC-UR, US$6,9 millones, US$6 millones BID \u2013 CO) ejecutado entre 2014 y 2018, tuvo como objetivo contribuir, con el uso de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, al mejoramiento de aprendizajes de matem\u00e1ticas e ingl\u00e9s en primaria y EMB.<br><br>Finalmente, el Proyecto Generaci\u00f3n C: Consolidando Innovaciones para las Habilidades y Competencias del Siglo XXI (4290\/OC-UR, US$30 millones BID \u2013 CO), bajo la modalidad de PBR, concluido en 2021, que apunta a mejorar aprendizajes y competencias de estudiantes de primaria y EM B\u00e1sica. <br><br>DAS Latam a trav\u00e9s de sus profesionales realiz\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica ex ante del programa a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda de Costo-Beneficio. <br><br>El informe final elaborado presenta el An\u00e1lisis Costo-beneficio de esta nueva operaci\u00f3n, en donde se trabaj\u00f3 en la determinaci\u00f3n de los Costos de Inversi\u00f3n, Operaci\u00f3n y Mantenimiento de las Inversiones, la medici\u00f3n de los beneficios sociales mediante la metodolog\u00eda del Modelo de MINCER, y rentabilidad mediante el c\u00e1lculo de la TIR\/VAN de la propuesta, utilizando diversos supuestos para realizar un An\u00e1lisis de Sensibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-category wp-block-post-terms
